HOW TO CONTROL YOUR ANGER

There are times, when aggression might help. You would have seen aggression pays well and in sports. But the crude truth is that, if someone gets out of way i.e. very angry then he gets carried away. He starts bowling wrong lengths .What I myself feel is that an anger accumulated is the most dangerous thing. It sucks our capability to think properly and we actually start punishing ourselves. If we start using anger as a tool then the problem might dampen a bit .But, I must say that there are people who become angry on very small things that really are insignificant & in this way they become of victim of anger and the agency that wanted to disturb them. For example, someone insults you publicly, certainly this could be quite irritating; but we have to keep ourselves calm, which is a difficult thing. Let me suggest you one of the easiest way. Just imagine, what would happen if the man strips and goes nude, this is going to be amazing. I think nothing can be funnier than this. Now you just have to face the man, I can assure you that his confidence will be dented; when he finds you not getting disturbed.

Let us talk some wisdom now. It is your work that gives you recognition. The opinion of some rubbish people must not distract you. We have a capability to change our way of thinking.
But, when we face some injustice or when we aren’t' been able to give our best then we are extremely angry. In the latter case we put on efforts to accomplish the task. But the most difficult case arises when you face some injustice for example, I went to a cyber cafĂ©, I was using the net but system was working badly. To my astonishment rather than regretting, the owner of the cyber cafe charged me full money. This really irritated me a lot. This is the case when I have been treated unjustifiably but I can’t do anything. But still there is a sure shot way to make him feel ashamed i.e.we can always let him feel bad by subtle and polite arguments, and there are chances that he might revert his decision too. But our irritation insane s us and we loose our ability to think suitably. How to get back to the normal cheering senses, use the same technique as I mentioned earlier. This is going to fill you with the energy and rather than being scared of him you will making fun of him. It is never bad to make fun of an unlawful bullish.

Hi Pankaj, its really good and of course its true. There are two things we will do while replying to others. One is we will react(almost we will do this only), the other is we will respond. While we are responding, we will have a calm mind with us. While we are reacting its almost with anger. So respond gives immense joy as you stated in your example. Its really good one, and useful for all.. thanks Pankaj..

Well a nice begining. I admire the Chinese proverb below a lot -
“If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.”
All the Best.. :)

Anger never helps in achieving anything. Best part is to learn how to forgive rather than arguing on the justification. Keep up the good job Pankaj.
